The Rise of a Phoenix
Founded in 1985 by the visionary Late Shri Ashok Hazarilal Garg, ASKA set out to deliver cutting-edge, innovative products through advanced technology. Mr. Garg’s first breakthrough came when he transformed a handcart into a chassis for a 9-meter light tower for coal mines. Collaborating with a renowned engineer, he revolutionized the market with a high-performance light tower and later introduced the 675mm stainless-steel floodlight, surpassing competitors.
In 2000, he launched the Inflatable Light Tower, facing four years of relentless effort before securing approval in 2005. It soon became India’s go-to emergency lighting solution, making ASKA synonymous with inflatable lighting.
For his visionary leadership, Mr. Garg received the Best Entrepreneur Award from the Indian Institute of Materials Management. Today, ASKA continues to lead in niche technologies, driving innovation and excellence.
Over The Years
Ashok Hazrilal Garg started his remarkable journey with incredible humble beginnings of making lamps for pooja in temples.

Launching of Aska Equipment Pvt Ltd in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Introduction of first flood light of 675mm diameter made of stainless-steel grade – 304 reflector.
Our founder received the Best Entrepreneur award from the Indian Institute of Material Management.
The invention of the groundbreaking, ASKA’s Inflatable Light Tower.
Launch of a special range of Water-Mist fire extinguishers for the first time in the Indian market.
Establishment of a new manufacturing unit in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, inaugurated by the then Chief Minister, Shri Narayan Datt Tiwari.
Launch of firefighting Blazebuster motorcycle in the Indian market for narrow zones and fire services.
Mr. Garg established a factory in Sharjah, UAE, to expand Mobile Light Towers to international markets.
Launch of India’s first non-metallic fire extinguisher with High-density Polyethylene body.
Launched ASKA Splendid Mobile Light Tower, for infrastructure projects and global markets.
Aska embarked on a new era of innovation with the launch of Aska Technologies for the IT & Technology industry.
Aska is all set to enter the Renewable Energy Sphere.
